1. Technical Advisory & Estimator Notice

Information, technical whitepapers, architectural calculators, and service estimators provided on this website are published by NEPTON STORE LLC (“Company”) for general informational, educational, and preliminary budgeting purposes only. Interactive budgetary calculations generated on this site do not constitute a binding legal contract or guaranteed quotation until formalized in an authorized, written Statement of Work (“SOW”) countersigned by an executive representative of NEPTON STORE LLC.

2. OEM & Hardware Component Warranties

NEPTON STORE LLC engineers, integrates, stress-tests, and stages enterprise-grade hardware components sourced from Tier-1 original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). While our workmanship, staging integration, and lab thermal burn-in are backed by our dedicated 3-Year Enterprise Service SLA, underlying physical semiconductor components (processors, motherboards, solid-state storage arrays, memory modules) remain subject to their respective manufacturer warranty policies and RMA protocols.

3. Limitation of Technical Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NEPTON STORE LLC, its officers, systems architects, or subcontractors be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages;
• Loss of business profits, revenue, data corruption, or business interruption resulting from carrier fiber cuts, upstream ISP transit outages, or utility grid failures;
• Zero-day vulnerabilities, nation-state cyber incidents, or security breaches that exceed reasonable industry safeguards documented in our Information Security Policy;
• Total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any single engagement or SOW shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client under that specific agreement during the preceding six (6) months.

4. High-Risk Environments Disclaimer

Unless expressly certified under a custom fault-tolerant aerospace or life-critical addendum, systems staged and deployed by NEPTON STORE LLC are not designed, manufactured, or intended for use in environments requiring fail-safe performance where failure could lead directly to death, personal injury, or catastrophic environmental damage (such as aircraft navigation, nuclear facility operations, or life-support apparatus).

5. Third-Party Software & Hypervisors

Software applications, virtualization platforms (Proxmox, VMware, KVM), database management systems, and operating system distributions installed or configured during staging are subject to their respective third-party vendor End User License Agreements (EULAs). NEPTON STORE LLC does not assert ownership of third-party software trademarks or proprietary codebases.

6. Jurisdiction & Governing Venue

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from the use of this website or preliminary technical advisory services shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Exclusive venue shall reside in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
