1. Information Security Mandate

We implement a Zero-Trust Architecture (ZTA) and Defense-in-Depth framework across all physical, network, and operational domains.

2. Albuquerque Staging Center Physical Security

Our hardware staging, assembly, and thermal burn-in partner facilities maintain multi-layered physical perimeters:
• Biometric & Access Badging: Access to staging cleanrooms and rack integration bays requires dual-factor biometric authentication.
• 24/7 CCTV & Telemetry Surveillance: Continuous high-definition video logging with 90-day offsite encrypted archival.
• Environmental & ESD Protection: Precision HVAC climate control, static-dissipative epoxy flooring, and dedicated dry-pipe fire suppression systems.

3. Cryptographic Standards & Data-at-Rest

All sensitive client assets, telemetry, and configuration states are encrypted using industry-validated standards:

Data at Rest AES-256-GCM hardware-accelerated encryption across all primary arrays and staging drives.
Data in Transit TLS 1.3 mandatory with PFS (Perfect Forward Secrecy) and SHA-384 cipher suites.
Key Management Dedicated FIPS 140-2 Level 3 compliant Hardware Security Modules (HSM) with 90-day key rotation.

4. Air-Gapped Immutable Disaster Recovery Protocol

For organizations deploying our Enterprise Disaster Recovery Vaults:
• Backups adhere to the strict 3-2-1-1 architectural standard (3 copies of data, 2 distinct media types, 1 offsite copy, 1 air-gapped immutable copy).
• Air-gapped backup snapshots utilize Write-Once-Read-Many (WORM) hardware compliance locks, rendering them mathematically immune to ransomware encryption, tampering, or administrative deletion during the retention window.

5. Vulnerability Management & Patch SLAs

We operate continuous vulnerability vulnerability intelligence feeds tracking NIST NVD and vendor CVE databases. Patches are staged and deployed according to severity:
• Critical Vulnerabilities (CVSS 9.0 - 10.0): Remediated within 24 hours of vendor patch certification.
• High Severity (CVSS 7.0 - 8.9): Remediated within 72 hours following lab regression verification.

6. Incident Response & Breach Notification
