Enterprise Refund & Cancellation Protocol

At NEPTON STORE LLC, registered in the State of New Mexico with corporate office in Albuquerque, we stand firmly behind the engineering precision of our computer installations, custom rack staging, and technical services:

• Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: If you schedule an on-site installation, infrastructure audit, or technical consultation and cancel at least 24 hours prior to engineer dispatch or lab bench staging commencement, you are entitled to a 100% full refund of any prepaid consultation fee.
• Statement of Work (SOW) Milestone Guarantee: If any delivered service milestone fails to conform to the technical specifications defined in your signed Statement of Work, our systems architects will perform immediate remediation at no additional cost. If the milestone remains unfulfilled following remediation, a full pro-rata refund for that milestone will be issued immediately.

Every hardware component, workstation, or server rack staged by NEPTON STORE LLC undergoes our mandatory 72-Hour Thermal Saturation and Burn-in Cycle prior to deployment. In the event an issue occurs:

• 30-Day Return Window: You may return or replace staged hardware components within 30 calendar days of physical delivery if defective or non-compliant with manufacturer performance standards.
• Prepaid Return Freight: Upon approval, we provide prepaid, fully insured freight return packaging and an expedited Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Rapid Swap or Full Credit: Choose between an expedited replacement unit staged by our technicians or a 100% refund credited back to your original payment method.

Commercial clients under recurring monthly or annual Hardware Maintenance and SLA Retainers enjoy complete commercial flexibility:

• Monthly Retainers: May be cancelled at any time by providing written notice to contact@neptonstore.com. Coverage remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, with zero future renewal charges.
• Annual Prepaid Retainers: If cancelled mid-term, clients receive a pro-rated refund for all remaining full unutilized months of coverage, calculated from the end of the 30-day notice period.
• Zero Cancellation Penalties: We do not levy hidden termination fees or administrative surcharges.

All approved refunds are submitted to our merchant banking processor within 1 to 2 business days of approval:

• Corporate Credit Card: Funds credit within 3 to 5 business days (depending on your issuing financial institution).
• ACH Direct Transfer & Commercial Wire: Funds credited within 2 to 4 business days.
• Itemized Confirmation: An official credit memo and banking receipt will be transmitted immediately from contact@neptonstore.com.
